Terms and Conditions
Shipping and payment conditions
The shipping and delivery costs must always be paid by the recipient/orderer (exceptions reserved)!
The supply always includes the goods ordered in according to the order form/online order or e-mail unless otherwise agreed or ordered by mutual consent.
Changes must be clearly and precisely declared or made before, but at the latest when, the order is placed.
Changes and additional requests are in any case subject to a charge (exceptions reserved).
An atomiser is supplied with each bottle of OptiGlanz.
OptiGlanz (bottles) are sent exclusively by post.
The postal charges/packaging fees are (guidelines):
- up to 2 kg CHF 7.00 postage + CHF 2.00 packing
- up to 5 kg CHF 8.00 postage + CHF 4.00 packing
- up to 10 kg CHF 12.00 postage + CHF 6.00 packing
- up to 20 kg CHF 18.00 postage + CHF 8.00 packing
- up to 30 kg CHF 25.00 postage + CHF 10.00 packing
For the 50ml sample bottle, the shipping costs (postage/packaging) for up to 2 bottles are always a flat rate of CHF 7.00.
The shipping costs for all countries other than Switzerland are calculated individually and according to the specifications of the Swiss Post, (https://service.post.ch/vsc/ui/sending-type) based on the weight and size! We always make sure to offer the most favourable shipping solution. Unfortunately, due to the non-uniform shipping costs within Europe, it is not possible for us to offer a uniform all-inclusive offer for the EU!
Insurance / Postage / Returns
Insurance
Beim Postversand (nur bei Einschreiben) ist die Ware durch die Post versichert.
Ist die Ware bei der Anlieferung durch die Post defekt oder beschädigt,
so übernimmt der Lieferant keine Haftungen.
Wird die Ware durch eine andere Institution als der Post angeliefert und ist dann beschädigt, so obliegt die Versicherungsdeckung bei dieser und eine Haftung des Lieferanten wird in jedem Fall abgelehnt.
Postage
Die Postgebühren müssen durch den Besteller/Empfänger bezahlt werden.
Bei Sendungen ab 10 Fl. (egal welcher Grösse) werden möglicherweise Einschreibegebühren in der Höhe von CHF 8.00 verrechnet.
Returns
Rücknahme des gelieferten Produkt durch den Lieferanten:
Ist die Ware (das Behältnis) bei der Anwendung (nicht bei der Anlieferung) defekt oder nicht funktionsfähig,
so wird diese durch den Lieferanten ersetzt.
Wird die Ware (Behältnis) aber mutwillig beschädigt oder unfachgemäss angewendet oder in irgendeiner Art und Weise oder Form verändert, so lehnt der Lieferant jegliche Haftung ab.
